We travel outside that area too, anywhere in the US. Travel is quoted in writing before you book, so it is still never a surprise on the invoice.

Fit
Read the right column properly. If you are in it, we would rather you find that out now than three emails from now.
How booking works
No discovery funnel, no three-tier proposal deck. 30% holds the date and locks your rate.
Send the date and the event type. You get a straight yes or no on availability, plus the all-in number for what you described.
Video or phone. We go through the venue, the schedule, the music you want and anything you are worried about. No pitch deck.
Contract in plain language, deposit online. The date comes off the calendar the moment it clears, and your rate is locked from that point.
In the planning portal, at your pace. Must-plays, do-not-plays, key moments and the schedule. We coordinate the music plan with your venue and planner.

Backup gear too, in the room rather than in a van across town, because the point of a backup is that it is already there.

Our current published packages are $900 for four hours of reception-only coverage at a special promotional price, $1,400 for six hours from ceremony through reception, and $2,000 for that coverage with wireless uplighting, dance floor lighting, and a smoke machine. No. Anywhere in Northeast Florida is included in the price on this page, whether that is five minutes away or Amelia Island. Outside that region we travel anywhere in the US, and travel is agreed in writing before you book so it is still never a surprise.

Yes. You give us a must-play list and a do-not-play list, and both are honored exactly. What we ask for is the room in between, because reading a floor in real time is the actual skill you are hiring. If you want a fully locked set list with no live decisions, say so up front and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Backup gear is physically in the room at every single event. A failed speaker, mixer or laptop means a pause of a minute or two, not a dead reception. This is a House Rule, not a best effort.
Yes. Tell me which Latin songs and other genres your guests love, and I will plan the music around your event.
No. The price on this page is the price for any date we are available, peak Saturday or not. Demand affects whether a date is open, not what it costs.
Corporate
Holiday parties, galas, conference receptions, activations and brand events. There is no package price because the scope moves, but the rules do not: you get one fixed all-in number, and it is the number you pay.
Everything else follows from whether it is open. You get an answer and a number, from a person, without a sales call in between.
